Description
Introducing our aluminum high line fender flare option for the rear of the JK Wrangler! These flares increase tire clearance over split/modified Rubicon factory flares and actually sit a touch higher as well. These are designed with 42″ tires in mind with minimal bumpstops since we love our suspension up-travel. If you’re going to invest in premium suspension, don’t give up an inch of it with bumpstops for a low hanging flare!
- 3/16″ Aluminum Laser Cut, CNC Formed, TIG Welded Construction
- 3/16″ HRPO Steel Tie In Brackets for mounting strength to resist bending or pulling away from the body
- Increased tire clearance – by placing this rear flare up higher on the body, you won’t be trimming your flare to clear wide axles with 40s/42s! (Body trimming suggested for 42s regardless; but the flare will stay clear!)
- Natural Aluminum with DA Sanded Finish
- Drilling and Rivet Nuts Required For Installation
- Cutting optional but not required
Minor drilling, as well as use of a rivet nut tool (not included) are required. See the video below for more details!
NOTE: We are still working on the JK/JKU install video. Installation video below is for the JL Wrangler, however it’s nearly identical on the JK Wrangler aside from a few mounting hole locations. JK Specific Video Coming Soon!
Please note that the fuel filler door will touch the fender flare when opened; however it will not effect the ability to fully access the fuel cap and do your fuel filling.
