This Poncho Set includes 1x Fleece Poncho liner for our Poncho Villa™ MK2 technical soft-shell poncho. Our thoroughly modernized version of the classic military poncho has more in common with technical sport jackets than the old vinyl camping stand-by that usually comes to mind. An industry first, it should reintroduce a generation to the functional benefits that having no sleeves affords. It even has a vent for drying!
The Fleece Poncho is specifically designed to snap into MK2 versions of the Poncho Villa™ as an insulating layer. It can also be worn separately or even used as a blanket. Features include multiple fuzzy/loop panels (front and back, plus sleeves) for unit patches, i.d.’s, name-tapes, morale patches, glint-tape, etc. The fleece material is extra comfortable and better suited for cold conditions or wind. Both ponchos can be stuffed into their own front pocket for storage. Another simple but progressive innovation from the design team at Hazard 4®.
